Cancellation Policy

Registration with a user profile

To register, a participant must have their own user account, created using a unique email address.

Individual registration

All registrations for OACFP activities must be done online. The OACFP does not accept registrations by telephone or email.

When registering online, two methods of payment are offered to organizations: credit card or cheque.

If paying by credit card: when you register online, payment is immediately billed to your account. Once your online registration is complete, a registration confirmation will be sent to you by email to the address indicated as the “main email” in your user file.

Payment by cheque: the cheque must be made payable to the OACFP and mailed with a copy of the online registration invoice to the following address:

OACFP
PO Box 24040
66 Josephine RPO
North Bay, Ontario P1B 0C7
